Terms of use

The service
Hutch is an app for organizing a household between two people: lists, meals, money, calendar and chores. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy page.
Your account and household
You need a working email address. A household has up to two members; inviting someone gives them full access to everything in it. Keep invite links to yourself — a link is the whole credential.
What you can expect
Hutch reads what you type using AI models and can get things wrong. Everything it produces is shown next to the original text and can be corrected in one tap. Forecasts are projections from what you have confirmed, not advice. Do not rely on Hutch as the only record of a bill.
Paid features
Some long-range money features may require a subscription. A subscription belongs to the household: one member pays, both members have the features. The other member is never charged and never required to subscribe. Billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms; cancel there at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Hutch to store other people's data without their knowledge, to send abusive content, or to attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
Hutch is provided as is. We aim for it to be up and to keep your data safe, and we back it up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
Ending
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice, giving you time to export what you need.
